Hackers, Writers, Knitters, Vandals, Makers, Activists, Bikers, Gardeners…. get involved!
GRL Germany is always happy to meet people who want to get involved with us and our projects. Of course you could always start your very own Graffiti Research Lab but if you are located in germany or even better in Berlin, get in touch with us.
We see us as activists, using technology for interventions in public space, empowering us and other people to contrast government announcements and commercial advertisements with our very own messages and actions.
Working with us could mean quite different things: Last year we were riding around with our cargo bike „light rider” doing interactive projections in public space with music bumping through our bikes soundsystem, we were doing digital graffiti installations connecting artist on different continents, we did urban interventions with led- and mushroom-throwies, writing proposals for funding our projects, etc.. Beside that we meet frequently to develop our projects further, discuss ideas about new projects and if or if not we want to take part on projects we are requested for. We will do all that this year again and we are open for new ideas you might have.
